Welcome to D&A's Overheads Projector (OHP)

The aim of the OHP is to help us track where and how we're spending our resources. Time is our most valuable resource, so that's what we're tracking here.

As much as possible we want OHP to be easy to use and fast to contribute to.

Meeting these goals can be tricky, so if you think we can do something better, please get in touch with our IT team (it@diversityandability.com) and let them know.

Changes

Since 26th Sep 2024 we've kept a log of all functional changes made to OHP below:

• 30/01/2025 - Added links to the DPIA and EIA to the WWH doc.
• 29/01/2025 - Change definition of project in the WWH doc
• 28/01/2025 - Add section for projects recently used by your team to the dropdown.
• 22/01/2025 - Fix issue with exporting CSV files taking too long.
• 20/01/2025 - Add rich text options to the project and tag descriptions.
• 20/01/2025 - Added request logging. To make sure OHP runs well, and to monitor admin access to sensitive data.
• 26/09/2024 - Added the ability for users to access the dashboard page with access only to their own data.
• 26/09/2024 - Added back the option for users with full access permissions to be able to download OHP data as a CSV file.
